We do not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, destruction or death caused by our products. We cannot issue refunds to any of our customers unless they order a product which is out of stock or a product that is unable to be delivered. In this instance we will be more than happy to issue a refund as this would be a mistake made on our behalf. We do not accept returns either. Please note we should not be held responsible for any issues regarding untracked postage including theft or delays.

Shipping/Delivery

Please note that all estimated delivery and shipping times are supplied by the Royal Mail. Very rarely, an order may be delayed in transit due to exceptional circumstances such as custom delays. However if a sufficient amount of time passes, we would be content to refund your order for you. Please contact us if this occurs. Shipping or delivery fees are added at the end of your checkout process. On some occasions, custom charges may be required for orders outside of the UK - unfortunately this is something that we can not control. It is up to the customer to pay this fee.

Prohibitions

You must not misuse this website. You will not commit or encourage criminal offence - this includes hacking, spreading viruses and any other material which is malicious. If this does occur, we will report any acts of criminal offence to law enforcement authorities who will deal with the matter at hand.
